This project offers the opportunity for two work experiences - lasting eight months each - to two unemployed people, one residing in the eligible Programme area in Italy, the other in Slovenia. In the office of the bank “Nova Ljubljanska Banka” in Trieste, both trainees work in the “Projects and Development” department and perform, under the close supervision of a tutor, the tasks of the professional figure of reference. Specifically, they work on market research and analysis, studying user’s responsiveness, screening existing products, planning market entry in the medium term, analysing the most suitable ways to involve and fulfil the needs of potential clients, providing assistance and constant information updates to the clients, drawing up statistics and feedback analyses, analysing and processing the results of direct-marketing actions, of new banking products launched and of their entry on the market. The training also focuses on the main services offered by the Bank with reference to cross-border development and, specifically, cash credit, forfeiting, export loans and advances, credit appropriation, solvency guarantees, participation to calls for tender, advance payment guarantee, satisfactory performance of works.
