Our project ?I do not want to become addict? is written and applied with its main purpose which is to create an international awareness for substances addiction. For this purpose, first we create our own platform and determined the leader participants. The legal representative who has project experience before is selected to manage the budget with other group leaders. Within the project, the social media, e-mail groups, international addicts are all monitored and partnerships from Romania, Italy, Croatia, and Azerbaijan are determined. Regarding the positive discrimination criteria, 4 female and 2 male participants including the group leaders from each country were included. Each country accepted this criterion and signed the legal mandate. Before the projects mobility starting dates, Italy partnership pointed that they have financial trouble out to buy the tickets. That is why; the Italian participant number is distributed to Romania, Croatia, Azerbaijan, and Turkey, so eventually the total participation number reached 35. The National Agency was informed about this situation via an e-mail and the number of participants is indicated in the budged part. The main purpose of the project was to create an international awareness about ?addictive substances? and every preparation was done by Turkish team. We asked the foreigner participants for the statistics, the current situation, and legal preventions particularly in participants? own countries. Romanian, Croatian, and Azerbaijan teams had already fully participated with their presentations and that qualified preparation contributed to the health and welfare theme of the Erasmus+ Program Guide. The dissemination activities affected over 4000-5000 people and contributed to EU citizenship dissemination. The familiarization among the participants over countries was provided by the intense participation to the culture night. Besides it helped young participants take an active role in the background. 35 participants played role in this area, 34 young people (group leaders excluded) communicated with each other with common language English with no problem. The potential problems were prevented by the group leaders and our purpose exactly came in true. The main purpose was to create a social entrepreneurship that enables to work over-Europa; therefore 35 participants from 4 different countries came together and worked. The other purpose was to conduct the same project in different and the pre- preparations were completed, also the agreement about the application dates in the next call-times. By this way, beside the specific purposes, we achieved to serve the purposes of European culture citizenship, multi-linguicism, culture transfer, learning team work, developing learning and self-development. Those are calculated and observed through the surveys before and after project. The Romanian participants were between 17-24 years old and almost all of them were university students or graduated. Also, their level of English got a big attention. Romanian team showed a friendly and close reaction to the transculturation.
