Our project "Back to the Society" will be held in Węgorzewo, picturesque, cosy town, situated on the Masurian district. The training course will be held from 20.04.-27.04.2015 year. In our activities will participate Young people: street workers and volunteers from Poland, Romania, Italy and Latvia, a total of 26 people, including two trainers aged 22-45 years.
Węgorzewo will be a place for youth workers to share their knowledge, experience, best practices, gain new skills, abilities and tie the thread cooperation with partner organizations for future initiatives in order to:
- Improve the quality and effectiveness of their work;
- Inclusion of young people excluded back into society;
- Eliminate or reduce early school leaving by young people excluded;
- To encourage young people excluded to participate in the program, as one of the possibilities include them to society.
During our project, we will use the methods of work, based on the methodology of non-formal education, such as workshops, creative sessions, work in international teams, games and integration, intercultural evenings, meetings with experts.
Thanks to our project participants increase their competencies and acquire new skills, which is key to influence the level of their work and to inspire further action.
