While preparing this project as Mehmet Rıfat Yalman Secondary School, our aim is to reduce and find lasting solutions to one of our problem "Early School Leaving". Our organizatation is situated in a area where there are a lot of immigrant people. Because the majority of our pupils are immigrant, their economic and educational level is low. Our parents whose economic and educational level is low, don't have enough knowledge and foresight about the importance of education in a person life. Our pupils who don't get enough motivation from their parents and don't reach enough success at their school subjects, choose the absenteeism to school or leaving the school entirely and tend to get into working life which seems them more attractive with the feeling of boredom. But our pupils who get into working life as uneducated and in the age of the child are faced to various problems and adverse positions. Our aim is to learn and improve the creative, effective and innovative methods and technigues. This project will benefit us to learn and improve creative, effective and innovative methods and technigues. And we also aim to incorporate these methods and technigues into our own curriculm by analysis and synthesis. In addition, this project, will give us the oppurtunity to gain an experience at a Europe level by seeing and practicing good examples in their place. This kind of trainings held at an international level will gain us more accurate and fast way than other held in local level. Because in this kind of trainings we have the oppurtinity to share different knowledge, ideas and oppinions with the colleagues who have similar problems eventhough we are in different countries. According to our aims we did researches via internet (facebook, etvinning etc.) and decided to join these two courses "NGO- Motivated Learning for Everyone" http://ec.europa.eu/education/trainingdatabase/index.cfm?fuseaction=DisplayCourse&cid=37802 ve " VSKO Dienst Nascholing en Internationalisering"www.nascholing.be which have many experiences in the areas we need by doing necessary correspondence. During these one year project our 8 staff will partcipate these trainings named; *Linking Creative Learning with Interdisciplinary Approach *Fundamental Know- How for Effective Teaching *Improving Teaching and Communication Skills in the Classroom *Stimulating Creativity through Cooperative Learning, *Finish Education System. We determined selection criterias while choosing our participants and selected the participants whom will provide the most effective and benefical profit to our project. We formed a project team to carry on and finilize the project. We will communicate the receiving organizations via internet, phone and skype pre- process and after the project. In addition, we will share every stage of the project on the project board and website to keep up to date and raise awareness. All work will be followed by the institution's administration and staff and the project's final evaluation will be sent to the National Agency . By doing all necessary pre- preations our participants will participate in the trainings actively and they will raise effectiveness of project by putting into practice all outcomes of the project. For that purpose, the following activities will be carried out. All the outcomes and experiences will : * share with all institution and employees to disseminate the results of the project. *be included into school development plan and school curriculum by doing necessary analysis and synthesis. * share with parents to give awareness about the importance of education in an individual's life. * put into practice in courses to join the pupils into education, to provide them self-confidence and break down their boredom against education. *disseminate outcomes of the project via internet (project facebook page , sharepoint , etwinning , etc. ) and by seminars-meetings and workshops done environmental institutions, e-book, newspaper, project website and board etc. to increase and widespread the effects of the projects at national and international levels. * be formed forward-looking partnership and etwinning projects with the acquired friendship and ideas. * evaluate by doing snapshots (pre-during and after mobility) and long term evaluations so we have change to measure the effects and the goals of the project. Thus, the expected results of the project will be followed and the necessary measures will be taken when needed .
