"B2B : Belgium 2 Bulgaria: the step towards Roma inclusion" Context : * study visit and job shadowing with time for intercultural reflection and inspiration for a better future and to improve Roma inclusion in Bulgaria and Belgium by sharing working methods for improving access and full participation of all vulnerable minorities in society and fostering mutual solidarity between society and young people Objectives: * context exploration * to raise the knowledge about Roma minorities * job shadowing * share good practises between youth workers (sharing is caring) * to explore principles of non-formal education and experiental learning in order to make them more efficient and applicable in youth work (YOUTHpass) * create space for future projects and strategic partnerships Number and profile of participants: 20 youth workers/staff members/volunteers Methodology Non-formal interactive methods: group work, discussion, sharing, intercultural activities, workshops, exchange of experience, theory and practice, exploring the local reality, reflection Short description of results and impact * increased knowledge of context/good practises * increased knowledge of non formal education and Youthpass * improvement of intercultural communication/social skills Longer term benefits * implementation of shared experiences and knowledge about youth welfare and target group context * creative outcome (film) for youngsters, youth workers and community * create space for potential projects and partnerships
