The project associates 72 people from 6 different countries: Poland, Estonia, Romania, Croatia, Greece and Italy. The main idea of the project is to help young people and their organizations in developing their social communication as this is the crucial element of creating a successful dialogue with the environment they’re existing in. Project is fostering on development of active social participation. By organizing the exchange basing on non-formal education tools we want to make participants realize how important issue is to promote organizations working with youth. We’d like to discuss what are the most effective ways of reaching local communities, problems we encountered during actions we already implemented, share our knowledge and experiences. We hope to get a lot of different opinions and examples of issues related to social communication especially because participating organizations come from many countries culturally different from each other. During project will be using informal education methods based on journalism, film and photography. Participants will mostly learn from each other (peer education), spending time together in an interesting way, sharing experience, getting to know each others cultures and different points of view. Our project will foster active participation of young people by giving them modern tools based on their interests. One of the main goals is to break stereotypes, building tolerant approach towards differences and atmosphere of mutual understanding among youth from different countries.
