The speedy life of the XXIst century, the challenges of our modern world have caused changes in the school work too. Intercultural skills are multidisciplinary competence and an essential part of a Europe open school. Language learning and ability for lifelong learning are also crucial parts of the education. Only those can meet the requirements of the international and national labour market who are able to use their skills and competences properly, are open-minded and also willing to take part in the life of their smaller and broader community. These skills and competences should be learnt in international environment, and for this reason we need the teachers who are also skilled and able to strengthen these skills and can improve these competences. That's why teachers also need the possibilities for self-development and taking part in courses and trainings in international environment which help them to fulfill instituional needs. Two candidates will take part in English and German language courses on intercultural project management which will enhance their awareness and organisational skills. They will disseminate the result and the acquired knowledge in their institution, which enables their colleagues to participate in this work in the future. The seminar experience will boost the motivation for intercultural learning and intercultural cooperation and the work at the school with European projects will be more effective.. The training will enable teachers to inspire our teaching staff even more for European projects, and to use the project work as a means to expand the students‘ intercultural, language and social skills. By expanding these skills our students will be better prepared for the demands of the European and international labour market in the future.
