The strategic development of the school in the future involves creating a modern, attractive environment that will satisfy both students' and teachers' needs and expectations, will offer chances of personal development and will decrease the risk of early school leaving. In this context, the need to improve the quality of teaching was realized by offering students innovative activities and modern teaching methods that will meet students' needs and expectations, aiming at the enhancement of school attractiveness and the common European identity as well as the decrease of early school leaving. This mobility project aims to incorporate Digital Classroom in the everyday practice and increase creativity in the teaching and learning process. In this project three teachers, aged 40-45, with 12-15-year experience in education were involved. The three teachers have participated in local and European training activities and have worked with students in projects such as Health, Environmenta and Cultural projects, eTwinning, Comenius and the Sustainable School. However, they needed to improve further their computer literacy skills and the use of modern teaching methods as well as the chance to exchange experiences and intercultural practices. This project commenced with linguistic, didactic and cultural preparation for the planned activity entitled "Creativity in Teaching and Learning using ICT: The Digital Classroom", which was provided by Cervantes Training course provider from 2nd-8th April 2016 in Alcalá de Henares, Spain. The seminar involved 50-hour blended training (30-hour tuition course and sociocultural activities and 20-hour assignment tasks after the course). Participants acquired theoretical and practical knowledge on different technological tools (Web 2.0, Edmodo,Social Networking, Blogs, weebly, etc.) and strategies to create a digital classroom. The activity enhanced cooperative learning. After the course, there was distance learning through practical assignments and in-service training of teachers for the dissemination of the acquired knowledge and experiences. In addition, the teachers were committed to the use of the acquired knowledge and applications in class in the next school years and the implementation of eTwinning και Erasmus+ KA2 projects. The activity led to better quality of teaching, enhanced European identity, reinforcement of European schools cooperation and personal development of the participants through acquisition of modern skills and improved foreign language competence. There was also a positive impact on other local schools through the dissemination of knowledge and experiences as well as on the local community through improved skills and self-appreciation of students, enhanced desire for lifelong learning and European identity. The benefits of this mobility on teachers and students of the school as well as on the local community will last after its end due to the personal development of all involved parts.
