Our school, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu Yatılı Bölge Ortaokulu (SPK YİBO), which is located in Dinar District of Afyonkarahisar Province has orginised meetings with Aviva Poland Corporation at Wroclaw city of Poland and decided to receive techno-pedagogy education in order to meet the requirements of our school. This education will be completed in 2 flows and 6 teacher of our school will be sent to Poland in each flow. In the project process, first flow will be held in February 2016 and the second flow will be executed in March 2016. When deciding on candidates which will attend education, applicants will be subjected to some evaluation criteria and selected ones will be included in prepatory programme whcih is necessary for mobility. This prepatory programme will contain language lessons in English in order to make the education easy to understand and computer lessons which will be required for technology department. As prepatory programme continues, required procedures in order to obtain visa, passport, service certificate and license will be conducted by our school's project commission with the help of Aviva Poland. Before mobility, an authorized person from Aviva Poland will give lastest information about mobility and necessary papers will be controlled mutually in the contact meeting. Guidance and counseling services which will be provided by Aviva Poland against possible problems abroad, is one of the obligations of Aviva Poland. During mobility, agreements about education, mobility, learnin guarantee and outputs, observation, evaluation and networking are executed between two institutions. Purpose of techno-pedagogy education is to desing a more effective learning environment by adopting current technology and instruments to present syllabus. Via thiseducation, participant teachers will create more valid learning outputs (survey and forms which are prepared online) and teach their lessons more effectively. While conducting this project, our goals as project council whose president is our school principal are to encourage our teachers to use tools and methods which are in European standards and to provide global learning opportunities to our students. According to schedule that is sent by Poland Aviva officially, education programme includes subjects above; -Technology integration and concepts about the subject -Technology integration models, -Techno-pedagogic (TP) eduction model, -Proficiency fields of TP education, -Planning of TP education, -Multimedia application in TP education, -Web 2.0 tools in TP education, -Social network usage in TP education, -Multimedia tools in TP education, -Evaluation in TP education Methodolody during education includes discussion, question-answer, case study, report preparation and presentation. As a result of education, our participant will be able to explain theoretical paradigm and conceptual framework of techno-pedagogy education, proficiency fields about techno-pedagogy education, to descibe effiency and performance indicators and to desing techno-pedagogy education applications at first level. Individual impacts of techno-pedagogy on participants can be listed as utilisation of technology and tools easily, making lessons which are within the scope of syllabus, more effective and productive and entertaining for students by integration of these tools to their professional disciplines. Regional impacts of education are success of students and adoptation of them to subjects easily by functionality and content-rich outputs of our lessons. The certificates which our teachers obtain at the end of education, prepared diploma supplement , PISA and CIPP evaluation forms, Europass CV and Europass Mobility Document will not only quite important steps for them, but also an advantage for our school's future projects. Local impacts are constitution of interactive learning environment via contact meetings and forums in scope of networking activities and provision of advantages in educationa framework for other local schools and related institutions. After completion of two flows, our teachers will form our final report by preparation of annotations and presentations. These annotations and presentations are significant inputs as a part of networking activities and will be shared out at contact meetings, conferences and forums with relevant institutions. Thus, our project, "Avrupa'ya Elini Uzat- Give A Hand to Europe" will not only lie within SPK YİBO family, but also will be presented for public insterest by sharing every person who reaches us person to person or in various social networking area and web sites.
