Health care service is a process concurrently progressing with the economy and development of a country. The health of the society is an integral part of development of economy of a country. Again, economic development will ensure the improvement in health care services. Although EU countries are based on economic development, they pay attention to health sector more than many countries. Our country aims to achieve EU standards in health care services and conducts activities in this subject since it is a country in negotiation process. The Project is prepared by taking into account the health sector standards of European Union. The Project will make contribution to the development of our country in this field. The purpose of the school is to train nurses and emergency medical technicians who can follow up scientific and technologic developments in this field, try to protect the health of public and individuals and improve their professional qualifications. But there are deficiencies in this field in the education system of our country and these deficiencies are the obstacles to achieve the related targets. The lack of application of theoretical information is the major problem. Again, the infrastructural problems, lack of tools and instruments and conventional course methods in the education system are the problems to be solved. The students of the nursing department will have chance to apply theoretical information in Czech Republic and the students of the emergency medical technician department will have chance to apply their theoretical information in Romania in the scope of the Project. They will see what kind of education is provided by the school which are successful in health care sector and achieved European Union standards. The students will be aware of deficiencies of our country in the health care service and they will be trained in order to eliminate these deficiencies in the frame of European Union harmonization process. In addition to this, the students will have opportunity for practicing English language and they will improve their foreign language skills. The students will also contact with different cultures and they will be more tolerant and respectful to different cultures and values.
