The society of the future will take shape in respect of the human type raised by education systems. Therefore, all countries are in struggle for performing an education suitable for the universal values of the globalized world and for using the most valuable human resources most efficiently. In this regard the most important task falls undoubtedly to the educators. The educators who are taking firm steps in line with the goal specified forward and qualified as required by the era can attain the expected quality in education system, achieve success and raise the architectures of the future. What the educators need at this point is to catch the universal education standards and this is composed of many interdependent factors like the rings of a chain. It is surely beyond doubt that the ring required to be the most robust ring is assessment and evaluation in education. Assessment and evaluation is fairly the backbone of education system. The assessment and evaluation in compliance with the universal standards is an instrument enhancing the quality in education, facilitating decision-making for educators, motivating students to learn and informing families. Our school, Tarsus Secondary School is and educational institution that strives to attain the quality and success. The teacher working in our school continues to work in a broad activity for the sake of raising the students who will shape Turkey of the future. The education directors and teachers will have the opportunity to research and observe extensively the assessment and evaluation methods and techniques applied on the basis of field in the educational institutions of Europe through the staff mobility within the project designed for this purpose. It is aimed to contribute to the professional and personal improvement of the participants in this way. Within the project Colegiul Tehnic Edmond Nicolau Focsani educational institution in the city of Focsani of Romania and , Realschule Otterndorf educational institutions in the city of Otterndorf of Germany and KPOA educational institutions in the city of Amsterdam of Netherlands have been chosen as partner receiving institutions. Our participants attending in a mobility program for 5 days will learn the innovative practices in assessment and evaluation methods of the host institutions and transfer them to our institution, the education quality of our school will be enhanced through the contemporary and innovative acquisitions and the education performance of our school will be increased. In addition, the participants will have the opportunity to interact with different cultures and get European awareness by improving their foreign language skills. It has been planned that 36 persons to be chosen from Science and Technology, Math, Visual Arts, English, Social Sciences, Physical Education, Turkish, Technology-Design, Guidance and Religion teachers will participate in the project planned as staff mobility. The project will be carried out as 6 different times ous flows between 22-28/11/2015 and 13-19/12/2015 The activities planned in the framework of the project are to recognize European education system, to analyze different curriculums, to observe assessment methods for written exams and tests, to evaluate the methods for student recognition and placement, shaping, educating and valuation, to examine homework and performance exercises, teachers' work plans and assessment and evaluation methods closely. The following impacts and results are expected from the project: • Learning of the innovative assessment and evaluation methods and transfer of them to our education system and enhancement of our institution's education quality, • Strengthening the ties between our country's and European Union countries' education systems within the framework of cooperation in assessment and evaluation in education, • Intercultural interaction and development of mutual tolerance, • That the participants gain European consciousness, • Innovation excellence, strengthening the internationalization and technological development, • Improvement of foreign language skills of the participants. The long term benefits of our project are the professional renewal of our teachers with the applicability of innovative and reliable assessment and evaluation methods, increased desire for study and research, enhancement of institution quality and increase of student satisfaction as a result of more homogeneous evaluation results and performance increase in our education system especially in our county after the acquisitions have been presented to the decision makers.
