Our school strives to raise qualified students following the developments in information technology just as required by the modern era. Nevertheless, there is no opportunity especially for the students of the computerized accounting branch to practice in big businesses with large business volume, which is essential to raise these students as qualified and skilled enough to work at national and international level with the ability to use the advanced software becoming a universal language. Besides, the training of the school is limited because of the limited facilities and the traineeships in small businesses cannot reach the expected level. The adequate facilities can't also be provided for the students of Civil and Commercial secretarial branch, that’s why they need to gain knowledge and experience and to use ICT technology with practices on web design applications taught superficially and theoretically in school environment. The traineeship in receiving partner institutions abroad ensured that the students became qualified personnel in these fields and support their professional development, given the fact that the qualified personnel can be raised with the practices in respected businesses under the supervision of experienced trainers. The objectives of our project are as follows: To improve the self-esteem of the participant students and to prepare them for business life by motivating them for their professional fields. To provide professional qualification of the students of accounting and finance branch and secretarial branch in the department of Office Management with the computerized accounting practices and web design practices respectively. To make the disabled participants advantageous. To facilitate the employment of the participants by improving their general and vocational foreign language skills. Our project mobility wis carried out for the 11th and 12th grade students studying in the branch of Computerized Accounting in the department of Accounting and Finance and in the branch of Civil and Commercial Secretarial in the department of Office Management and for accompanying teacher in Sweden, Czech republic and Portugal for 2 weeks. The impact and outcomes of the traineeship program in which 24 students and 7 accompanying teacher are as follows: To ensure the participant students to work independently and take initiative, to improve their self-esteem and personality development, to make them learn new methods and techniques and innovative practices, to improve their professional level with knowledge, documents and certificates, to create cooperation and a sustainable partnership with the European partners. The methodology to be used within the project was project management, education and introduction methodologies. Sustainability is provided by coordinating the activities planned and evaluating the outcomes with project management, 1-year project process is evaluated in the most efficient way with education methodology and our institution and Turkish National Agency is acquainted and the outcomes be transferred to the large masses with introduction. The long term benefit of our project is to enhance the education quality of our school and to ensure the employment of the participant students
