The content of the training in schools of Tourism and Hotel Management remains theoretical, which means students do not have the opportunity to improve their practical skills. Students are graduated without improving their skills about food service and cuisine skills. Thereupon qualified personnel shortage and propertylessness affects tourism industry. In the field of Food and Beverage Services, two groups of 14 students selected from 10th and 11th grade will be participating in our project. These two groups of students will recieve education according to their working areas in European countries. Students will be get training about Czech Cuisine and Classic Practices and Procedures in a hospitality school for the first week. Second week will contain apprenticeship in the hotel and in the restaurant. Prepared to resolve issues in the education system, our school's goals about this project are; - To ensure our students who graduated from the Department of Food and Beverage Services are qualified enough - To enhance the quality of tourism by increasing the number of skilled employees - To help the country's tourism industry by training our students with experience and knowledge - To expand visions of our students and help them to expand following colleagues' visions Preparation and execution will be performed by our team of project follow-up and reporting. This team will also be performing dissemination and will take care of such issues. After the realization of our project, our participants; - Will come to the fore about the cuisine and food service - Will fulfill the need of intermediate staff in city and region - Will increase the quality and insure ecenomic returns in tourist zones.
