?anl?urfa Anatolian Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School, K?r?kkale Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School and Denizli Anatolian Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School and Sema Abdurrahman Karamano?lu Anatolian Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School have established a consensus , the leading school will be ?anl?urfa Anatolian Hotel Management and Tourism Vocational High School, the selected group will be from the students of 11th and 12th grade of the department of travel and accommodation. The project is hosted by Austria, Romania and Portugal; it will be in three stages. The project aims to give the students that participate the occupational skill increase and in the late stage possibility of occupation in the sector. In our country the tourism sector moves along and improves itself with the tourism agencies. The operational process is done by using automation programs in the travel agencies. The automation program is done by years and has become a complex model. As the automation programs have become more improved the lack of personal that is acknowledged in the usage of them became a lack in the sector. The major goal of our project considers students who are in the department of travel and accommodation?s, to increase their knowledge regarding the automation program. As our students will be more informed about the program, their chance of being a personal in the travel agencies will be higher. The special actions in our project are the travel agencies, as the participants will be informed and knowledge about the automation program, the lack of personal will be filled via these educated participants. As with the education the occupational problem will be put down to a less level and the participants will better working conditions. The host organization?s education will increase the amount of people in the field and not just in the local sector but in the global sector it will be add up to the sector by having well knowledge personal. Additional to these the project has been set up as a consensus, and the education given to the participants, will not only reinforce the participants but also the institutions. The participants and companions the institutes teaching will be improved and in the field of occupational knowledge increase the European standarts will be put into action. After the finalizing of the project , the reports will be spread localy and international so that the outcome can be known in the sector.
