Autotronik v Polsku: Prakticky nejen anglicky
Start date: Sep 1, 2014, End date: Aug 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

Context and project idea: SŠ - COPT Kroměříž has three 4-year study programs – one with focus on electronics, second with focus on mechatronics and third focused on autotronics. Five previous LdV projects were focused only on electrotechnics and mechatronics. Now we focused for the first time right on autotronics to support this branch as well with international mobility in vocational training. Project targets: We brought possibility to go through the vocational training in foreign country, in Polish Krakow to be specific, in English language for autotronic students. We were focused on transparent certification based on ECVET principles or similar. Number and profile of trainees: 20 talented autotronic students in third grade and 4 accompanying persons divided into four runs on fall 2014, spring 2015, fall 2015 and spring 2016. Second run also consisted of second-graders as there were more students than in the third grade. Activity description: Vocational training for autotronic students at foreign work places with tasks corresponding to their school program for third grade. Activity was provided by our partner Tellus Ltd. Work place was CKP. Methodology: SŠ – COPT Kroměříž processed reports for NA, reports of accompanying persons, organized transport, insurance, subsistence, mentoring and free time activities. Tellus Ltd. processed finale report for SŠ – COPT Kroměříž, ECVET certificates (originally own Tellus APT certificates approved in project application, but later denied by Czech NA prior to 1st run), organized local transport, accommodation, boarding, monitoring, reporting and evaluation of vocational training. Both organizations processed together contracts, agreements and Europasses Mobility. Outputs, effects and benefits: Increase of vocational skills and soft-skills. Improve of English language usage at work place across European Union. More qualified trainees for lifelong learning and employment. Czech-Polish-English technical dictionary was compiled. Bonus acitivty: Due to budget savings we were able to arrange one-day internship for our teachers of car-repairing and car-diagnostic subjects. Internship was held directly at CKP on August 2016.
