Search for European Projects

Ausbau der Internationalisierung der Schule durch Fortbildung im Bereich Projektmanagement und Erweiterung der Interkulturalität
Start date: Jul 1, 2016, End date: Jun 30, 2018 PROJECT  FINISHED

We want our school to appear in an intercultural, cosmopolitan context and we would like to give our multicultural pupils the chance to experience an openness towards Europa in order to prepare them for international requirements, as far as cultural differences and the situtation on the job market are concerned.Tolerance and intercultural experiences are hence the most important topics for us.In order to achieve that aim we want to acquaint our teachers with intercultural project management and we thus want to enable our pupils to participate in gainful european projects. The international flair of the training course in Porto gives our teachers the possibility to live the experience of intercultural encounters and to profit at most from knowledge transfer and an interest in common projects within the group. We also want to stress the social side and the personal development linked to such international training courses. After learning professional project managment skills our colleagues will be motivated for further training abroad, for establishing projects abroad and representing the european idea in general.Intercultural expertise will thus be implemented in language lessons. Project management skills will help all our staff with establishing european projects. The participating teachers have very good language skills (English/French/German) as well as social skills, are very open-minded and are motivated to function as multipliers within our school. The participation in the training course in Porto will teach them the necessary basic skills so that they will be able to disseminate the idea of being citizens of Europe.
