The most important priority of Klaipėdas "Vėtrungės" gymnasium in participating at the project is to develop skills which are associated with Spanish language as a foreign language, teachers cooperation in development of intercultural and multidisciplinary skills. Increased interest of schools community to explore spanish culture, language, traditions shows that the spanish language teaching services are needed. The project includes not only spanish language teaching teachers, we also incorporate teachers of other disciplines, who has the basic level of spanish language. One of the main demands of the project is to establish an international cooperation with other agencies , schools, and their counterparts in other countries , which also provides Spanish language training services. To get familiarize with the ways of how to represent and disseminate information about Spanish language learning in school and beyond. The project provides the basic activities that aim to increase European awareness, internationalization and cooperation. The organization plans to collaborate with Spanish language training institutions. The main activities will be divided into two groups. The first activity aims will be to raise teachers' pedagogical Spanish language skills, familiarity with new training techniques and other ways of learning motivation . The second group relates to other disciplines teachers who has the basic Spanish language level, teaching didactics. The main objective of the mobility plan associated with the Spanish language development and cooperation. Mobility Plan will be implemented during the trip to the Spanish language teaching institution. From the very beginning of the project development and implementation of the final steps will be continually improved, international cooperation and communication competence will be improved. The acquired knowledge and skills will enhance development of career. Through the project activities, we will be able to analyze and assess how they can we change or improve the Spanish language learning and language learning plan and daily activities. Usage of the latest technology and other new sources of information and social networks will improve the teaching methods. In the association of Spanish language and other subjects teachers will be sharing by different teaching methods and knowledge. This will provide guidance and knowledge to assess the strengths and weaknesses. This will help to conduct strong foundations for international cooperation wich is needed in sens of building a long-term partnership alliances. Employees of school will raise qualification, enhance the organization 's competitiveness, reduce operational personnel qualification stagnation , improve labor productivity. The overall objective of the project is to effectively raise and strengthen the whole organization of teachers multidisciplinary competencies , thereby enhancing the career opportunities and motivation. Personnel involved in the project acquired communication, general, and learning skills. Spanish language and interdisciplinary knowledge will provide opportunities for more efficient management of the institution of training (learning) activity, competitiveness and cooperation .
