The Secondary School "Sfantul Andrei" is located on the outskirts of Braila, in an area with a community which was hit hard by the economic crisis. There are 480 pupils from diverse backgrounds, more than 70% of families with very low income, 18% -85 students have parents working abroad and these children are raised by their grandparents.The school is the beneficiary of the Regio project rehabilitation of school infrastructure through the Structural Funds -SMIS-13323 which was purchased IT equipment, completed in December 2015.The previous European projects implemented in our school during 2008 – 2016 brought changes in the consciousness of teachers who understood the need for modernization and learner-centered educational process.SWOT analysis of human resources identified:* Weaknesses: Teachers do not have competence in the development of e-Learning, integration of multimedia materials in the current activity in the classroom, online and offline. Students are not developed skills to use new technologies for their own training.* Strengths: 60% of school staff identified their need to develop their training and language skills in the modernization process by integrating multimedia material / e-Learning in current activity and to access educational websites. At the same time, they understood the need for change in the current formal work in order to make the National Curriculum more accesible using modern means - PC, tablet, projector, smart board*Opportunities: the school is provided with computer and internet connection in all school classrooms; the development of human resource through Erasmus + Projects; the existence of training providers that offer courses aimed at skills development and use of multimedia Internet interactive Instruments.* Threats- Students risk to become a prey on the Internet.*Objectives1) The development of digital literacy, formal education and enhancing the language skills for 11 teachers (3 primary teachers and 8 teachers from different curricular areas) through European training mobility over a period of 2 years.2) Development of digital skills for 7 teachers ( on the reserve list) for a period of 2 years.3) Openness of the organization by participating in online projects of European interest – at least 1 project at year.4) The development of digital use of educational platforms (especially eTwinning) and multilingual communication for at least 100 students from secondary school and a minimum of 50 pupils from primary education learn to use digital textbooks in which 10 pupils with SEN, 15 students with parents working abroad, 20 students from poor families for a period of 2 years.The beneficiaries of mobility training, about 30% of the teaching staff of the school have creative potential, appetite for training and capacity for scaling the knowledge will become promoter for change in approach to student education.Teachers will participate in the following mobility training: "ICT: Learning by Doing ' provider EuroMind, Sevilla PIC: 948987279; "Digital Extra" Elderberry provider Gryd Limited, United Kingdom, PIC number 932619305; " ICT FOR TEACHING AND LEARNING " , provider Esmovia Training and Mobility PIC: 948893480, Valencia, SpainThe development of digital literacy: use cloud, managing many tasks, recording / editing / transmission of video / audio, creation of online tests and evaluation automatic creation of learning materials using WebQuests, podcasting and screencasting; games / virtual worlds, social networks, digital image processing, integration of social networks, blogs in teaching in-door -Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, eTwinning, alternative- platform Weebly site, blog creation Edmondo- topics on line, contact with parents, use of online interactive tools : Vuvox, Checkthis, Thinglink, StarPlanet and the use of interactive teaching methods "learning by doing", introducing transdisciplinary moments during a lesson, study methods using smart phones and tablets.The expected results of the project will be interactive teaching activities using ICT, eLearning, Internet, digital textbooks which will focus on educators and the teaching approach will contribute significantly to ensuring the quality of education.In the long term, the benefits achieved will be measured by improving the quality of human resources, will develop the students' civic spirit and self-confidence reflected in national assessment results or easy integration in other educational systems.
