Artistic Traditions. Pattern for Non Formal Learning in Romania and Ukraine. (HUSKROUA/1001/035)

The project aims at promoting mutual understanding through ‘people to people’ cooperation between after-school institutions in Satu Mare and Zakarpatska counties in the fields of visual art, traditional dance and instrumental music. Main activities: Technical meeting of the project team, Launch, visibility and project completion, Organization of communication structure, Workshops, The development of trilingual Methodical Guidebook - “Pattern for Non Formal Learning” accompanied by DVD, Reciprocal training, Interregional Traditional Arts Festival, Training session on methods and techniques of animation in non-formal education, Summer school Achievements: Project web site extended with a discussion forum; 2 workshops (one in Satu Mare, one in Solotvino) for expert working group of teachers; 200 trilingual methodical guidebooks accompanied by a DVD; Artistic products in the three artistic fields (traditional dances, instrumental music and visual art); 60 children trained in the field of musical and artistic traditions of cross border partner; A 2-day-interregional traditional arts festival organised in Satu Mare; 25 teachers trained in the non-formal education methods and techniques of animation; 6 teachers and 60 children trained in ways to use waste in a creative manner; A Summer school organised in Satu Mare; 100 recorded CDs containing the relevant artistic products of the festival and of the summer school.
