Context Strategic objectives of the vocational education and training are aimed at developing a consolidated system able to:-meet the requirements of a knowledge-based society; -increase of employment and economic development; -increase economic and social cohesion; -develop the exercise of democratic citizenship Educational purposes of VET are aimed at:-providing personal and professional development of students so that they become active citizens at the community level, to participate in active life-ensure equal opportunities for access to vocational education and vocational and professional development of each student according to their individual aspirations and potential of learning; -providing conditions for quality in organization and holding of managerial processes, education and training in each school unit organising professional and vocational education; -providing opportunities for professional development to each student in order to gain opportunities for employment that exist in trades or occupations offered by the local labour market, regional, national, county, as well as to continue learning throughout their lives in order to adapt to changes in technologyObjectives1. Development of professional competence of students in order to gain a qualification and grasp the employment opportunities that exist in trades or occupations offered by the local labour market, regional, national and international, as well as to continue lifelong learning in order to adapt to a changing labour market based on knowledge and intercultural exchanges. 2. Development of professional skills of teachers through the experiences of good practice aimed at resizing socio-cultural space, by reporting to the European requirements, teaching strategies, to standardized, measurable progress in school.3. Development of social, civic and linguistic competences, and into a resized space through culture and organization in the labor market. Number and profile of participantsActivity 1Stream 1: 10 qualification students Designer for architecture (specialization in architecture, environmental arts and design)Stream 2: 10 students from Technician in artistic techniques (from plastic and decorative arts specialization)Activity 2: 8 VET/ART StaffDescription of activitiesActivities for students in the training program are aimed at development of their professional skills through the following activities: completion of projects, drawings, sketches, photographs and harnessing the information obtained, the observation after nature; dialogue with nature in relation to the artistic and natural order-theoretical and practical preparation in artistic drawing: drawing, drawing interpretation documentary after the classics art, free expression, drawing ability of creative application of the principle and rules of structuring two-dimensional and three-dimensional space; the ability to discern differences and similarities, to discover what they have in common and what distinguishes them, training mode and application of different spatial approaches of classical, modern and contemporary.For staff: critical analysis of individual and group work, analysis and activity during their conclusion with an exhibition, technical abilities, increasing the cooperative work and peer-learning MethodologySigning of the contract between the parties involved in the projectEstablishment of the programme period, the responsibilities of each party Selecting participantsUpcoming student mobility activitiesThe mobility activities unfoldDisseminationDescription of results and impactThe results of the project are to improve the professional skills for students in internship training and upgrading professional knowledge and teaching of the ART staff.The impact is primarily aimed at the students and teachers of the school: improving performance of students,raising the quality of the educational act.
