In a today's life, with limited time and limited resources art of presenting the idea became the crucial skill to help us get the attention for certain issues we want to raise.Training course 3.1 Art of commYOUnication will bring together 10 countnes - Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Montenegro, Ukraina, Estonia, Italy, Romania, Slovenia and Poland to work on art of communication as a tool for better promotion of youth work and support of youth needs. TC will be organized in Serbia, it will include 8 working days and it will gather 30 participants active in youth work. Working methodology is nonformal learning, through workshops and practice - learning by doing. All workshops will be dealing with different tool for strategic communication and will use YiA annual priorities themes as a case,.sîudy.Main topics that will be discussed through workshops and lectures are:- Building communication strategy -"designing and developing tools;- Tools for media communication; case study - poverty and social exclusion;- Tools for successful communication with political decision makers; case study - youth Unemployment;- Tools for communication with community, stakeholders and funding agencies; case study -global challenges- Tools for communication with target audience (youth); examples from Serbia- Grassroots Mobilization tools; recruiting and retaining volunteers, examples from the Serbian movements in the ninetiesObjective of this project is to develop communication strategies in youth work that will lead towards main aim: greater impact of youth work in our communities and greater understanding of youth problems by wider public.
