Art for Peace

Our project is a Youth Exchange Project with peace theme. We will use art workshops to discuss peace theme. Art workshops are dance, music, theatre and short movie. Our main objective is to show youngsters the real face of the war and to make them a peace ambassador. We also aim to increase knowledge of the participants of European citizenship and intercultural learning. 4 youngsters and youth leader from 5 countries will be attending the project. Participants will be between 18 and 25. Every partner NGO will include an immigrant youngster to their group. Project activities are; visiting WW1 war cemeteries, art workshops, workshops about European Citizenship, intercultural learning activities, introduction of Erasmus+, future planning and press release. We will use non-formal education methods in all of the activities. We hope the increase the awareness of the youngsters about peace. Youngsters will face the bad side of the war and they will understand the need of the peace. Another outcome of the project will be; youngster will learn more about European citizenship and intercultural learning.
