The Social Economy is an important economic sector in Western Europe (10 to 15% of national GDP, 12% of salaried jobs, 20% of jobs created in France), it acquires a legitimacy not deal with logic favoring that profit at the expense of the general interest and social utility. The SE companies face major challenges (Mergers, competition,...) to face with a better professionalization of their frames. The SE existing courses are geared for on the professional skills of the social sector without taking into account the specificities of the sector (modes of governance, nonprofit organization, ...). It is essential to integrate the specific management of the Social Economy. The employees in this sector are not aware of the nature or status of the organization in which they work. Ariadne training awakens them to the quality and interest of their industry. During the training, participants generate a strong sense of pride of ownership, reviving the dimensions of interest and participation in the community. Their leadership positions should allow them to pass on to their employees and bring in daily practices as in the services the purpose of the SE: contribute to the public interest and participation in community development. The project objective is to transfer an innovative training management in the SE, prepared at the request of companies, other European countries. The training will be enriched of experiences in different European countries, to achieve a repository-European framework for management training in SE. This repository declined in partner countries (BE, FR, IT, UK) integrate their specificities. Hungary country will witness for the future dissemination to other EU countries (portability process), those most affected by the economic crisis in which the ES, no this could be a strong lever crisis and maintaining social cohesion. Wanting to initiate an approach to ECVET, EQF Ariadne will use the tools and EQARF in the construction of the training. The participation of professional actors represented by CIRIEC is an element of quality for the Ariadne repository and training.
