With the mobility project "Workplace Europe - Practical Work-Experience and Job-Placement Intercurltural and Language Competencies IV", in cooperation with the Erasmus+, we are offering 55 interns the possibility of a three-month foreign-assignment with one of our european partner businesses, during the timeframe of July 2014 to June 2016. The interns offer business and technical backgrounds. The profile selection criteria for the participants encompass excellent scholastic and foreign language achievements, as well as outstanding social competencies. Through the advantages of international mobility, we seek to offer participants a platform for increased knowledge and personal development. This is offered in a broad spectrum of areas which includes business, language and intercultural competencies, as well as increased in independent decision making processes and taking personal responsibility. In addition, we seek to support and strengthen personal value-systems such as flexibility, tolerance and respect. Furthermore, we view our interns as ambassadors of our company's educational-l and trainingsystems which will offer and transport their know-how to our partners throughout the european nation. As a result, we are also eager and grateful recipients of all new ideas and concepts our interns bring back to their home-company. In summary, as a result ot the Mobilityproject in cooperation with our regional and european partners, we seek to evoke an strengthen interest in reciperatory business-partnerships for valuable learning systems.
