Sagrado Corazón de Jesús School in Zaragoza (SCJ) has developed this KA1 action proposal within its so called SCJ Leadership/ 3.0 Classroom project which aims to innovate classroom pedagogics. The project implies clear commitment with teaching through collaborative learning and developing design thinking within students. SCJ is currently involved as well in its International Learning Project (ILP) which gathers teaching through languages and the CILE 1, CILE 2 and POLE bilingual programmes. Nowadays teachers are facing a heterogeneous student population and work in multicultural bilingual classrooms in demand of new teaching approaches able to respond to the 21st century needs. It is our duty to respond to these with pedagogics aiming a better social and cultural integration and better approach to classroom diversity. Our SDP faces this new reality and expects to provide solutions considering COLLABORATIVE LEARNING and the development of DESIGN THINKING as useful tools for a better student integration in today’s world. So that the project can be correctly executed and assessed, it has been structured in 7 different stages to be developed in 24 months: STAGE 1 >PARTICIPANTS SELECTION AND PREPARATION. At this stage, all SCJ staff will be informed about the participation in the project, its origins, aims and expected results. Participants will be selected following objective criteria and taking into account the profiles needed for the correct execution of the project. STAGE 2 >REGISTRATION AND LOGGIN AT PROFESIONAL SOCIAL NETWORKS. So as to guarantee appropriate internal and external dissemination of the competences and skills acquired due to the mobility action, participants will be required to open professional profiles in free access OnLine platforms and social networks.STAGE 3 > DATA COLLECTION. The following data record will be compiled to carry out an accurate evaluation of the project: Initial English level of the participants in the action. Students’ academic results in the three evaluation terms at the beginning of the action. Participants in the mobility action will share course materials with their peers through the use of ITC and internal training seminars. All SCJ teachers will therefore be able to implement these new skills inside the classroomSTAGE 6: RESULT EVALUATION. Compilation and further study of data collected in STAGE 3 so as to elaborate a conclusion report. This will allow to objectively asses the benefits and effects of the mobility action. STAGE 7: EXTERNAL DISSEMINATION. Actions explained in the dissemination plan will be carried out in order to broadcast knowledge acquired thanks to the mobility action and widespread its.
