The Andalusian Cooperative Company "San Joaquín School" has been several years developing the educational programs " To undertake at my school " (EME), ÍCARO and EJE, (Young European Company), educational programs directed to promote the enterprising culture in students of Primary Education (5th and 6th year) and the students of Secondary Education. With these educational projects, we aim to promote the personal and professional capacities of the youngest across entrepreneurship, connecting this way the school with the world of the company and making possible to this group the opportunity to create their own cooperatives and to sell their products on the real market. The professorship must be formed to use in the classroom a fundamentally participative methodology trying the motivation of the student body, promoting the personal creativity, the work in group and the collaboration between students. With the appropriate tools, the entrepreneurship must be promoted between the participants, developing and promoting a set of skills and enterprising capacities, improving his potential talent. The activities mentioned previously will contribute to the attainment of the needs that our school has since the four objectives on which the entrepreneurship proiects are based will be improved and carried out in the future: a) The development of enterprising capacities, whose principal aim is to develop and to acquire habits of correct behaviour in relation with jobs and social environment b) The connection between the school and the company. The enterprising activities exceed the area of the school, uniting two scenes, the school and the company, giving this way a response to the demands of our society. c) A transverse and significant learning, since it is a question of an offer of activities tending to organize, in perspective to interdiscipline, the same knowledge and skills theoretically learned already and that now adopts a practical dimension applied to the world of the company d) A creative and playful context. The activities are impregnated with a creative approach, breaking with certain thoughts that limit the creativity and the innovation. The candidates to take part in the different activities of the project will be teachers of the school, so that they could fulfill the requirement of the impact that we want with the project. There will be a selection of professorship and / or members of the management team whose activity in the institution gives priority to the aims of the Plan of European Development, especially the cooperative learning, formation of the student body in the enterprising culture ... etc. The foreseen impact focuses on the participants, since they are going to acquire new ways of carrying out the entrepreneurship in the college and new methodologies that will allow the teachers to work with them in class and to form the rest of the teachers of the Centre. The impact will also be observed in other organizations. The school is a member of ACES, Association of Centers of Social Economy, Association in which there are 131 associate members, by what the experiences will be exposed here for all the organizations members of this association could have access to them and could put them into practice also in his educational centres.
