Under the title "Learning to Lead leaders: the pedagogical leadership as an engine of change in the CEIP Sierra Nevada" a solid and consensual project born from the needs assessment shown after the attempted implementation of education and teaching innovations presented, and which they show the need for an educational leader for its implementation, as well as a group of professionals empowered to become leaders in their classrooms and causing the implementation of educational innovations a reality in our center.In an environment with students with scores below average and the Andalusian families with low cultural capital that show little or no participation in the active life of the center, the Sierra Nevada CEIP center aims to become "Learning Community" in order to improve the quality of teaching with successful educational practices based on collaborative and inclusive learning. That is why such a great need of a company equipped with the skills needed for this arduous task consistent leader.Thus the priorities are:1. Know contexts success formulas pedagogical leadership excellence.2. Get training in core competencies for the new public management to improve effectiveness and efficiency.3. Move to my school organization acquired the knowledge and tools.4. internationalize the institution by creating collaborative eTwinning projects.5. Implement successful in my school organization formulas cooperative and collaborative learning.The number of participants who will perform mobility is one, centered on the figure of the direction and which has an experience of office of four years and with an academic profile related to the project theme (Bachelor of Education from the University of Granada. It has Master in "Research and innovation in curriculum and training" by the Faculty of Education at the University of Granada and presented Master's Thesis on "Dynamic theme of endogenous privatization in education. Towards a new governance educational institutions ").The proposed activities are developed along the twelve months that the project is proposed and seek improvement from three perspectives, faculty, students and families-context and refer to:The study of both documents identify as key areas for improvement to our center:1.
