The priorities identified in the RAV and planned in PDM include: reducing early school leaving, improve the attainment of basic skills of pupils, strengthen quality education and improve the professionalism of teaching. It is believed that Erasmus Plus is an important opportunity to strengthen and achieve the objectives contained in PTOF (Three-Year Plan of Studies of the Institute) to answer the "vision" of the 'Institute, a school highly formative able to promote through a plurality of knowledge, projects, integration of curricular and meaningful experiences, the maturation of all the dimensions of personality of students. In this framework the institute realizes his "mission", to promote the gradual, organic and systematic development of skills and competencies of each through: the development of skills of school staff to strengthen the quality of teaching and of ' learning, broaden the knowledge and understanding of the policies and educational practices of European countries, promote changes in terms of modernization and internationalization of the institute, create interconnections between formal education, non-formal education, promoting mobility activities abroad for development professional, career staff, and, at the same time increase the motivation and satisfaction in their work. The objectives are: - Designing of innovative teaching in order to reduce early school leaving; - Improving the skills of the staff of the school and strengthen the quality of teaching and learning through the acquisition of good practices have proved successful in other Europeans in order to integrate them into the school curriculum; - Improving and developing skills in English in order to be included in the school curriculum educational CLIL in support of linguistic diversity; - Expanding the knowledge and understanding of the policies and educational practices of the European countries - Changes in terms of modernization and internationalization opening within in Institute; - Create interconnections between formal, non-formal and informal - Increase the ability to communicate effectively with others to better manage conflicts; - Promote mobility activities abroad for the staff of the Institute to improve the skills related to the professional profiles, professional development and motivation, as well as operate in European contexts - Creating a school environment more modern, dynamic, committed and professional within the Institute. These objectives are attainable through the following mobility: 1) Fluency and Inglese Language Development - 2 weeks / B1-B2 (St. Julian's -MALTA) (July / August / September 2016) v. Innovative Didactic Methodologies and the Flipped Classroom (Brussels, BELGIUM) (the period March / April 2017) v. Gantt attached5) GRAND TOUR IN EUROPE: Creativity, innovation, active citizenship and intercultural dialogue (Granada- SPAIN) (July / August 2017) v. Gantt attached 6) HOW WE AVOID DROP OUTS IN SCHOOLS - THE WAY OF FINLAND, JULY 2017 (Joensuu, FINLAND) (June / July 2017) v. Gantt attached in 2017. The staff of those engaged in the activities of mobility action KA1 are thirty-five with skills both academic and from experiences gained during the years of teaching about activities of mobility with previous European programs and projects PON-Comenius projects ETWINNING (with relative QL), actions of PNSD, support specialists, ICT skills, language skills, skills assessment and monitoring. They will share their experience inside and outside the Institute, to demonstrate the new skills developed or improved through innovative new methods learned in the training course and, then. integrate them into the curriculum of the pupils. Dissemination will be carried out during the project through newspaper articles, interviews, social media, website of the institute, local blogs, network, to inform the stakeholders of the project activities and to promote Erasmus plus. Participants also organize conferences, workshops, seminars to disseminate new methods in daily work and materials (ideas, photos, videos, lesson plans, forms of self-assessment, etc.) on the site of the TwinSpace and to create a database of online educational resources. All this will create a European dimension and will add value for the institution in terms of quality.
