Within this project 18 people who learns hospitalization will do vocational training in Trieste at AZIENDA PUBBLICA DI SERVIZI ALLA PERSONA ITIS which deals with hospitalization for elderly people. The trainees will do the vocational training in two terms. One of the sending organisations will be the Szent-Györgyi Albert Secondary School which belongs to the Humán Secondary School and located in Kecskemét. The Secondary school will send 10 trainees from the final and from the 13th year for a 60 days vocational training from 1st July till 29th August 2015. The other sending organsiation will be the Budapest Branch of the Hungarian Red Cross, who delegates 8 trainees into the program for a 16 weeks' period from 1st September 2015 till 21st December 2015. The aims of the project are the professional development of the trainees in the field of hospitalization as well as the development of those competencies (empathy, communication, working in a team) which are needed for their profession. If the trainees succeed reaching these goals they will have a much better chance in finding a job and meet the expectations of their workplaces. In the first week of the program each sending organisation will delegate one teacher who will help the trainees fit in their work and learn new techniques and methods which could be installed into the curriculum of the school. This will help both sending organisation to keep up with the international development trends. The whole project will be coordinated by the Foundation of the Hungarian Europe Academy. The Foundation will manage the project from the beginning till the end and transmit information between the project partners.
