There will be 3 participants in this project. The main idea of giving the teachers the opportunity to attend the courses in the UK is to provide them with the possibility to increase the level of their professionalism and competencies which will lead to more sufficient work at school as the participants will share the gained knowledge during the teachers meetings at our school , open lessons, presentations, individual consultations for the colleagues . Our teachers are also ready to exchange their new experience with teachers from our partner schools in Maardu, Saaremaa and Sillamae. As the most interesting ideas will be openly presented in Facebook, many teachers from other schools will be able to use them in their practice ( that is a good and convenient way of sharing the information between the teachers in Estonia) The objectives of this project and the following impact were mentioned in parts above.
