The "Animate your future" is the answer to the needs of partner organizations, their employees and young people with whom they work. The aim of the project is to familiarize participants with the issues of animation, social animation and "play education" in youth work. Within the project we want to learn and teach others how to use animation and play to activate the community, particularly young people, to teach entrepreneurship and a healthy lifestyle. As part of the training, participants will test the practical aspects of animation and acquire specific skills and tools for working with youth, as well as develop their professional skills, personal and social. The training will be held from February 26 - March 3, 2015, in the resort Polubie in Złocieniec (Poland). The training will involve six countries including Estonia, Macedonia, Romania, Czech Republic, Portugal and Poland. Each country will be represented by 3 participants who work with youth in their countries. The result of the training will be scenarios animation programs tailored to the needs of specific groups of youth. The additional result will be the establishment of sustainable partnerships between organizations and the planning of future joint initiatives, as well supporting each other in working with youth.
