ANDALAN CON LA FORMACIÓN PROFESIONAL II
Start date: Sep 1, 2015, End date: Aug 31, 2017 PROJECT  FINISHED

The purpose of this project is to offer to our students of Middle Technical Studies the opportunity to complete one part of their Job Training in Dublin (Ireland), because we understand that developing this part of their course in another European Union country improves training significantly both academically and personally. This project involves teachers from the Departments of the two professional families who teach in the IES Andalán ("Administration and Management" and "Electronics"), the management team, the modern languages departaments and Training and Employment Guidance Departament. The School Spaces Integration Programme (PIEE, in Spanish) also takes part. The internships will be validated as part of the module Job Training (FCT) The main objectives are: - Learning in a different context that exists in the workplace in Spain, where they develop other conditions and labor relations. - Developing the professional skills of students by adapting to a different cultural environment. - Feeling European citizens. The expected result is that the students know that, thanks to the single European market, they have the right to work in another European Union country without a work permit. This experience will help in future employment at European level and improve their English communication. The mobilities will take place in the city of Dublin (Ireland) and will begin in May 2016 and March 2017. Personal mobility: • The teacher in your classes will explain your mobility’s experience, as well as any relevant comments. • Diferent talks can be organizaced about the importance of european projects for the professional future. This is important because our students need to know all possible opportunities to get integrated in the labor market.
