And what now? What to do after finishing the school or college? Which way should I choose? Do I continue with my career, or should I access to the labor market? Or maybe and ... Why not? Do I start my business ?.. this is a background how the Youth Exchange "AND WHAT NOW born? with a clear objective: to facility tools and resources to help young people choose a career pathway.This project will be held in Vivares, from 1 to 8th of July with teenagers (15-17 years old) and their leaders from Poland, Belarus, Italy, France and Spain. During the workshop My future we will learning path to give young people career choices. The young people will learn the different options and alternatives that exist after compulsory education (higher education, employment, self-employment, associations, volunteering, etc), teamwork, intercultural activities, tours, excursions, sports, outdoors and more.
