Project aims at developing a multiprofessional team method for assisting young people in crises (e.g. with drug addiction, social exclusion or mental problems). Co-operation between Finnish and Estonian local authorities (i.e. nurses, social workers and juvenile police) and the third sector organisations includes training and exchange of civil servants that aim at sharing best practices in the field. International co-operation supports the implementation of national crime prevention programmes on local level in Finland and Estonia. Target areas: Hämeenlinna region and city of Forssa in Finland and Rapla County in Estonia
