The rapid social and economic changes that characterize contemporary life in all sectors of human activities affect, in an unpredictable way, one’s career, personal and family life, especially in the context of the current crisis in our country. The objectives, opportunities, choices and perspectives are constantly redefined at every level of daily life, while becoming more and more the importance of to develop skills and qualifications beyond the standard, such as those obtained from experience and learning outcomes. Through implementation of this program, the organization aimed to enrich personal and professional competencies of participants with theoretical and practical knowledge and skills that enable them to prepare for their entry into the European labor market. Special care has been taken to meet the needs of participants: • Lack of self-confidence and personal motivation • Climate isolation in the absence of synergy and teamwork • Uneducated European awareness - future professional • Developing unrealistic expectations regarding their future profession • Lack of opportunities for practice DIEK Chalkidas, in an effort to help students improve their skills as the professionals of tomorrow, this proposed this mobility plan, in order to provide them with opportunities to: • Contact institutions and companies in the hosting country, learn new methods and practical applications on the discipline of study • Train and practice new techniques, innovative methods and acquire know-how in their field • Exchange of views, experiences, ideas on how you can leverage the future acquired knowledge and skills • Contact with people of different nationalities and cultures and deepening in different professional cultures The educational activities of the program were as follows: 1st flow – Hydrotherapy Skills Development– Bologna Italy (20 students, 15 days) The training was focused in the general area of Bologna and the region of Emilia Romagna, which is known for its hot springs and organized hydrotherapy and spa facilities. 2st flow – Hydrotherapy Skills Development–– Valencia Spain (20 students, 15 days) The training was focused in the general area of Valencia, which is known for its hot springs and organized hydrotherapy and spa facilities. The purpose of this mobility project was to assist students in familiarizing with hydrotherapy as an upcoming methodology for general and specialized physiotherapy. The project addressed several contemporary and innovative applications and uses of hydrotherapy and physiotherapy for purposes such as wellness, recreation, rehabilitation, general and specialized medicine. The training schedule consisted of a series of on-site visits, demonstrations, presentations, seminars and hands-on practice sessions, organized and implemented in association with distinguished professionals and with the co-operation of various recreational and medical hydrotherapy venues. Trainees were introduced to essential theoretical knowledge, assisted in developing basic professional skills, and also given the opportunity to interact with successful active professionals in order to develop a general perspective on the particularities of the sector and the profession in Europe and in modern economy in general. Regarding its educational content, the project has been designed with regard to an analysis of correlations between socioeconomic development promoted by the demand for health and wellness, and the employment opportunities that arise within business activity initiated to meet such needs, as well as within a unified European labor market. The expected results of the program are as follows: • Growth and development of individual skills • Research for potential career choices • Grow professional contacts before graduation • Boost confidence regarding the future response to the requirements of European market • Growing extroversion, strong self-concept, critical, dialectical skill and positive mood for cooperation • Sharpen European awareness of the participants, while preserving their national and cultural identity
