The Cooperative of Kozani of saffron Producers, as it is known has a unique product that is PDO and it is established at national and European level. The cultivation has reached very satisfactory levels as well as the quantities produced. Also, the cultivated land which it thrives are specific and additionally as time goes by the lands are dismembered. The only way out - solution for an upswing of the Association is to bypass intermediate suppliers and direct sales of saffron products from the Association that can be achieved with e-commerce. One of the ways to achieve is the " Development skills in human resources in e-business". The Cooperative participates in the planning of this proposal by selecting the specific topic according to the needs of its members and because the movement of agricultural products today is moving into a new era, which is characterized by e-commerce and electronic trading. The e-commerce is a challenge in the current economic situation in the country contributing to the increase in distribution channels of products and market range for rural businesses. ELECTRONIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN AGRICULTURE gives new outlets and opportunities in an electronic market which differs from the conventional and forms its own rules. The laws of competitiveness deem necessary the participation of agribusiness in this electronic market. The program aims to promote e-commerce technologies and the training of human resources, emphasizing the bi-business transactions (business to business - B2B) and retail sales (business to customer - B2C). The aim is both to train members in the use of e-commerce, and understanding of the ways and the critical points for the use of new technologies and the Internet to the implementation of e-business.The project will contribute to the effort to modernize human resources managers of the Partnership in electronic commerce and followed all those training adult training methods (brainstorming, active participation in all stages of education, connection of theoretical knowledge with practical applications) in order to provide the best possible results.Aims of the project are defined:1. The staff training in e-commerce technologies,2. The determination of factors affecting the results of electronic commerce and the benefits of online activity,3. The direction of human resources in the use of di-business technologies to reduce their operating costs,4. Promoting use technologies addressed to customers to improve service and gain pumping, directly or indirectly,5. Spread transactions at national and global levels.This plan regards a mobility of 20 participants, manpower managers - members of the Association, who for a period of 14 days will go to England. The duration of the mobility abroad is satisfactory to meet the educational needs of the participants to gain knowledge regarding the training object and simultaneously strengthen the linguistic and cultural skills. The education-training program was designed according to the characteristics and needs of participants (adult education) in order to obtain the expertise required with respect to e - business. This action will have a multiplier effect and benefits for both organizations and participants, as it will create a framework for networking and future collaboration. The host organization ADC College chosen for the implementation of the program specializes in electronic transactions and has great experience in adult education.
