AN INNOVATIVE TRAINING MODEL FOR SOCIAL ENTERPRISES PROFESSIONALS/QUALIFICATIONS

The MOSE project aims at design, development, testing, validation, and implementation of an innovative vocational training model (MOSE) for social enterprises. The model identifies and describes the qualifications needed for different functions for organisations in the social sector in social companies, such as management, experts of social economy and communication. The model identifies, defines and develops innovative training paths, based on a blended approach applying a mixture of formal and non-formal (informal) training using information and communication technology. The project will gather, analyse and disseminate at EU level examples of good and innovative practices in the field of social entrepreneurship. The target groups are social enterprises, consortium and cooperatives of social enterprises, public organizations and professionals working in these organizations.
