During this youth exchange there were functional workshops, where youngsters taught sport games to one another, organized a sports event that was open to everyone and hiked in Finnish nature. In addition youth had group discussions of themes that relate to wellbeing of youth and they made posters of the most important topics. These topics, such as loneliness, drugs, friends, sports and healthy diet, were elaborated in follow-up workshops. Results of these workshops were presented in posters, presentations or through drama.
