Our previous experience and innovative character in the field of education leads Punta Brava School to extend expectations beyond the borders of our country. We are convinced that represent enrichment for the educational community of CEIP Punta Brava (where we have spent years looking around and innovating in the field of education) visit the center Finland with whom we contacted, since it is a benchmark of educational practices of social and educational impact, together with the proposed training in the UK to encourage improvements in our professional skills. To visit this center Saaren Koulu in Finland, that is an educative reference point with a high social impact, is a challenge that encourages us to promote educational, cultural and intellectual enrichment among our Educational Community in Punta Brava School. Our insatiable curiosity in the field of education and interchange of educative knowledge and experiences with different agencies of our surroundings by courses and by providing technical and scientific support , participation in education networks (REDECOS, SCHOOL GARDEN, REDCICE, CLIL), by monitoring the training practice period of the ULL Educational Science University at ULL besides the Master in Educative Psychology at ULL, as well as by the big amount of learning situations provided attest to our commitment to a school open to the society and education. Moreover CEIP Punta Brava is a receptor school ERASMUS, KA2 for the third year. The team of teachers who have dared to make this dream of participating in an Erasmus project consists of eight members: three members of the management team (two are specialists in English), two kindergarten teachers, a teacher of lower primary and two teachers of upper primary. We are a team very varied with different commitments in the center, both at the organizational and methodological management and on different networks, that this project will be able to have a space for exchange, reflection and analysis of educational practices both classroom and center. Therefore we have set the following objectives: improving our skills, discover new ways to center management, organizational resources and the educational community; analyzing and reflecting new methodological and organizational center and classroom practices; develop competence in foreign languages (English), and generate new trade relations with other centers It is a heterogeneous group with different responsibilities at the school both in methodology, organization and management but with Erasmus project reflections’ in common to put into practice. Our main objectives are: -To discover new ways to organize and rule the school, our resources and the Educative Community. -To analyze and reflect about new methodological practices to manage the teaching and learning practice. -To generate new interchange relationships among different schools. - To improve our professional competences. Both Etwinning and European Gateway platform have allowed us to find a school in Finland (“Saaren Koulu”) to collaborate with, as well as, to get in contact with a wide range of learning and training courses. The activities planned are easygoing but committed. On one hand, activities related with the improvement or our professional competences using the English language by attendant to different courses in U.K., in order to improve CLIL project and other ones related to it. On the other hand, activities related to “job shadowing” by collaborating with the already named school in Finland to share methodological aspects and discover new ones that allow us to develop and improve our daily practice at school (topics, approaches and technical and organization strategies) in Infant and Primary levels. This project comes within a history of collaborative practices in our center, so it will definitely be easier to share enriching experience that will make this project with the educational community. To do prepare, conscientiously, presentation by audiovisual means new challenges and learning experience which has resulted in this project through the information to the others teachers, the school board from downtown and the families. Such information will post both the blog and the Facebook of the school. But as the wealth of this experience cannot be within in our school only, we will use different networks where we operate, as well as through specific actions organized by the CEP (Centro teacher), the program REDCICE, the OROVAL digital magazine, the exchange days PROGRAMA INFANCIA, directors meetings, follow-up meetings of CLIL project, the Days of Good Practice in the centers of teachers, the ability to post to the blog of the OPEEC ... With all of that we hope to spread the innovating character and the team effect enjoying the collaborative learning tasks but we specially dream with an opened school to the community, Europe and the world.
