Context/background of the project:The objectives of the project is to build youth worker capacity cooperating with EU and MENA countries, boosting their mobilityand professionalism working with European volunteers.Number and type/profile of participants: Project brought together 28 participants from seven countries. In order to create diversegroup the profile of participants is 15 youth workers,7 teachers, 2 policy makers, 4 support persons (psychoterapists).Description of undertakes activities: 9 days (including travel days) training and networking of youth workers. The aim of theactivity is to introduce with a conversation as main tool and personal competences to lead a conversation in preferred direction.During the project participants learn how to create meaningful and powerful conversations and effective stories for lasting changes.After training course to collect participant stories and create photo exhibition.The aim of the activity is to raise awareness on howsmall changes can lead to big ones, to find global - local stories that link together.Results attained:- organised 9 days training course with 28 participants from seven countries in Jordan (Wadi Rum and Amman);- organised participants portraies and stories photo exhibitons.Impact attained:1. in global perspective - to raised awareness on world's interdependence by creating connection between EU and MENA region;2. on organizational level - strengthen capacity and create network to work with EVS in EU and MENA region ;3. on participant level - boost youth worker mobility and professionalism by getting acquainted with coaching method specifywith solutionfocus approach and the brief coaching model.If relevant, longer-term benefits:LV Page 4 of 19Report FormCall: 2014KA1 - Learning Mobility of IndividualsIf relevant, longer-term benefits:1. brighter awareness on MENA region (cultural, historical, political) and willingness to cooperate with MENA region andparticipating EU countries;2. more qualitative work by youth workers, mentors;3. keep the contacts and networks to create new projects, cooperation opportunities.
