AlterNative - it is youth project between three different countries Estonia, Iceland and Ukraine. Project list nine months. And consisted from different stage. One of most important stage was youth exchange. Youth exchange was in Iceland, because Iceland is most alternative country in the world. In youth exchange took part 19 young people from Estonia, Iceland and Ukraine, 17-30 years old. Youth Exchange was 03-12 of May 2015 year. During Youth exchange participants talk about alternative education and learning, non-formal education, alternative job and sources of income, entrepreneurship and how to use internet for alternative education and job. Main aim - to promote alternative kinds of earnings, education and self-development, to promote such a lifestyle in their countries, local communities and so one when they’ll come back home. All of participants shared knowledge and experience they will get during project, so more and more young people all over the world could find out new ways to develop themselves. Participants used different methods: discussion, brainstorms, group and individual work, roles games, "gallery", home tasks, video interview.
