In the IES Andres Vandelvira in Albacete is teached the VET medium level cycle about Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery.This VET cycle involved teachings like the module On the job training, wich one it is expected that will contibute to achieve the profesional skills of the title.The development of this training period in companies like that ywe are presenting as host partner in this project which have high pastry international recognition and a solid base likea business company, will contribute not only to the qualification of the students, but to the improvement of the VET cycle in the short and long term.The mobilities we request would be carried out with students showing an entrepreneurial initiative and will take place betweenApril and June, the months in which it takes place the ordinary period on the Job training.The mobility of teachers for training, will be linked to the knowledge of the innovative processes in the sector and the transfer of them to the IES Andres Vandelvira and to the professional workers in the sector and entrepreneurs..The activities that will be carried out shall be that agreed upon by the company and the school and that, being related to the training curriculum of the students studies program and taught by the teachers, they make possible the acquisition of new skills in the European development of multilingualism, the transfer of educational good practices, the acquiring of the professional skills in the qualifications framework and the promotion of entrepreneurship and digital competence.The teachings of CFGM of Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery are usually chosen by students who initially do not have high qualification and however this studies have a high acceptance in the labour market they when they involve innovative processes. Therefore, this project can be understood as a form of promotion of employability among individuals with difficulties of insertion in the labour market.
