“All-round enternainer” is a title of the youth exchange in Poland.During the project 30 young people (18-30 years old) from 5 different countries will work on a model of the all-round animator which is the main purpose of the whole activity.First of all, we will get to know all types of entertainers (e.x. Sport Animator, Leisure-time Animator, Children’s Animator, etc.). According to that we are going to divide participants into groups. Each group will prepare their own day of activities which will be presenting “One Day of the Entertainer’s Life”.Afterwards, working all together we will organize a big event for the local community including presentation of our co-developed model of all-round entertainer.The main purpose of the project is changing the mentality of the local community we work every day with. We want them to give more respect to our job.We are going to use only methods which involve participants, activate them - discussion, sharing ideas, games, etc.
