The main goal of the project is to use art in all its expressions as an universal language to overcome cultural and linguistic barriers, for the students’ active integration in their own natural and social environment. It’s a privileged way to integrate immigrant students in our schools as well. Through the activities related to this big area we wish to help our students to:- explore their own culture - use their own creativity - express it through drawings, paintings, dance, music, body language; - transmit it to children of their own age living in different countries and cultures creating a deep and experienced exchange of their own personal and group development.We will organize different kind of activities, by active cooperation, to practice and develop all communication and integration competences. At the end of the project we want to realize a film and/or a video showing the whole process and the results of it. With this project we also wish to find a useful connection between old techniques and new technologies. We think that our project will be an excellent way to be prepared for 2009, the European year of creativity and innovation.
