The project "Being active in the European labour market" implies 4 weeks of work practice in Spanish enterprises.The project's aims are:-gaining work experience and thus the professional development of students-gaining key competence which are determined to succeed in life-the development of communicational, social and adaptive skills of students, which make them aware to learn throughout life-the increase of motivation to learn and in the future raising their qualifications and taking care of continuous personal development-the increase of awareness of managing the educational and professional career by the students, which will influence playing an active role in the European labour market and in society as a citizen of Europe-the increase of intercultural awareness and forming the sense of tolerance and appreciation of other cultures and religionsThe project implementation will provide professional and personal development within the framework of international professional practice, during which students will acquire professional skills while developing key and language competences as necessary activities in the current European labour market.The project will also enable to increase the level of awareness and interest in other cultures in the context of the European Union among students and teachers, prepare students to become full citizens of the multinational, multicultural and multilingual European society.According to its mission, ZSP1should offer students vocational education,which increases the chance of employment,promotes good quality careers,can allow them to get satisfactory experience,confidence,pride and professional integrity and gives opportunities for growth in professional and private life.The school should provide the personal development of each student, it is assumed that the project participants will be the representatives of classes II and III of all departments offered by ZSP1 selected in the recruitment process according to the number of potential candidates from each department.These criteria will be equal for all students.The analysis of the structure of students and the forecast indicate that the optimal solution would be to schedule 6 mobility for108 participants in the departments of economics, logistics, information technology and advertising, in 2016/2017 in the activities of the project will take part 72students, in2017 / 2018 - 36students.The high quality of practice will be ensured thanks to rational and realistic schedule of activities,the implementation of the cultural - linguistic - educational activities and close cooperation with the detailed allotted tasks to the project partners.The planned actions will be carried out with the partner EUROMIND, with which the school has signed an agreement about cooperation and Memorandum of Understanding.EUROMIND committed to the selection of companies to ensure implementation of the program practice and concluded agreements with their host institutions.The project participants will take a Spanish language course organized by the ZSP1 and EUROMIND during the students' stay,a language course of business English, group workshops of interpersonal communication and counselling,and individual consultations with educational and vocational guidance.The parts of the project will be evaluated systematically.The subject of the evaluation will be:the quality and the relevance of training,the organization and implementation of professional practice investigating the effects of a participant; questionnaires exploring the development of key and language competency in the implementation of professional tasks,the quality of services provided by the partner institution.Implementation of the project guarantees the best quality of educating the student at the simultaneous personal development.The undertaken measures will increase the attractiveness of graduates in the European labour market. The participant will gain work experience to develop social, language and personal skills, that have become a priority requirement for employers in the European labour market.The participation in the project will allow the participant to direct own career and to play an active role in social and economic life of the country and the Member of the European community. The development of language skills will provide the participant broad sense of European identity and a coherent community which may result in international mobility. The project will help to give equal opportunities for students coming from the countryside, where the percentage of ZSP No. 1 is 58%.The school will strengthen its position in the educational market thanks to ensuring its growth and development of the potential of the students what will contribute to a greater interest in vocational education among students, parents and potential employers looking for skilled workers.
