The main goal of the project is to develop and improve qualifications and skills of trainers and members of organisation in the area of providing trainings and workshops with usage of new technology and tools, which will lead to improve attractiveness of activities offered. Additionally, skills and competences of participants from the local society will be improved as well. Within the project emphasisis will be placed on education of elderly people and intergenerational cooperation. In addition, one of the goals of the project is to establish close cooperation with couple of organizations from European countries with a similar range of activities as Aktywni.eu in order to gain from their experiance and accomodate new solutions into the local conditions, what will make our trainings more attractive and innovative. Within the project we would like to send at least 8 people. Direct participants of the project will be trainers cooperating with Aktywni.eu, who actively participate in day-to-day activities of the organization, conduct training and workshops, support and organize initiatives. Within the project the following activites have been included:1. Project Management, 2. Mobility preparation, 3. Mobilities - improvement of trainers' skills: communication, self-presentation, usage of IT, 4. Mobilities - providing trainigs for diverse groups, 5.Job shadowing, 6. Evaluation. The association will be responsible for organisation of all mobilities (practical and logistic preparation) in cooperation with the participants and receiving organisations. The project team will prepare the project plan with milestones, detailed budget, agreements with partners, key success factors, risk analysis, roles and responsibilities and detailed objectives for each mobility. Thanks to trainings, participants' competences and skills will be enhanced. They will get knowledge how to lead trainings and classes in diverse groups, how to communicate effectively, how to motivate themselves and others, how to cooperate in international groups - those skills will be useful in their daily work. Besides, direct influence of trainings on participant's skills it will also impact general quality of workshops and trainings in the organisation. The new knowledge will be shared with trainers and people involved in other projects and activities. In the European context, the project will help participating organisations to start cooperation, will ensure exchange of experiance and best practices and will be a baseline for other, similar projects to be run as partnerships.
