Start date: Sep 1, 2014, End date: Aug 31, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

Active in Passive Houses (AinPH) project has met the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy, ET 2020, the foundations of the message of Brugia (2011-2020) and the objectives and priorities of the Erasmus+. AinPH concerned mobility of students and teachers of ZS "Silesia" to 3 partner countries in a project during 2 years from 01.09.2014 to 31.08.2016. The first mobility was completed in February 2015 and the last in May 2016. During that time 60 mobilities of students were held in two thematic modules. The first module for 30 students (3 groups of 10) in EUROMIND in Spain (Seville) for technicians of construction, mechanics and electricians concerned the acquisition of practical skills of constructing a miniature energy self-sufficient wooden house. The second module for 30 students (3 groups of 10) in the Associacao de Mobilidade Intercultural Euromob in Portugal (Póvoa de Varzim and Esposende) for technicians of organization of advertising and technicians in computing refered to the process of planning and implementation of eco marketing campaign of zero energy house sales and its products using ICT tools. Both modules were scheduled for 2 weeks involving 80h of internship each. The main objective of AinPH for students has been to improve the quality of voc. educ., increase employment opport. for students by obtaining new skills and voc. qualif. thanks to the expansion, complimentation and acquiring knowledge and skills in constructing energy self-sufficient house (EUROMIND in Spain) and creating eco marketinls (Eg campaign for a zero energy house using modern ICT toouromob in Portugal). Thus, students have gained new qualifications confirmed by the internship certif., Europass Mob., foreign language certif. and recognition of learning outcomes in ECVET, in the form of grades from practical voc. subjects on the school certif. which conditioned graduation or promotion to the next grade. The fact that in the project there were pupils who were at risk of exclusion due to an unfavourable socio-economic situation, has contributed to reducing the number of early school leavers and equalled their educ. chances. Within the project 32 staff mobilities were implemented - 1 group of 8 in EUROMIND in Spain (Seville), 1 group of 8 in Euromob in Portugal (Porto), 1 group of 16 in Greece (Piraeus). The subject of internships for staff carried out in Spain and Portugal coincided with the programmes of students’ internships in both countries. Staff has improved their knowledge and skills in the area of their own subject-oriented specific professions and supported two groups of students in meeting the voc.challenges and fulfilling their tasks in accordance with students’ voc.profiles. Thanks to the internships in the area of entrepreneurship in Greece, staff has offerred advice and support for students to be entrepreneurial and competitive on the labor market in their professions and promote the idea of self-employment pointing at specific policies and schemes of company management in order to support young people until completing their education fully with full qualif. All three practical vocational trainings for staff have been planned for 1 week involving 30h of practice each. The main objective of the staff project was to provide professional development and establish and strengthen cooperation of the school with other enterprises on the labor market in the country and the EU. The certif. including internship certif., Europass Mob., foreign language certif. and a certif. issued by ZS "Silesia" certified their new skills and enriched their vocational achievements and proved high-quality education delivered by partners. The most important results of the project were to create a network of cooperation with educational inst. and regional labor market as a result of which experts in education, specialists in many areas of industry and business reps, have served mentoring while sharing experiences and have given opinions and reviews on quality of our results. Dissemination of the results on the partners’ websites in implemented project database, including series of lesson plans in English, Portuguese, Spanish and Greek for voc. teachers in educational instit. in Spain, Portugal and Greece have provided a wide range of impact of the project, its durability and also long-term impact on other institutions in the partner countries.
