Project Current Trends of Nursing Care in Bavaria continues the long collaboration of SZŠ and VOŠZ Pilsen and Berufsfachschule für Krankenpflege Regensburg - medbo KU. The project was created in response to the introduction of electronic patient records and the growing number of migrants in need of nursing care. The main objective of the project is to provide 16 pupils in the study field medical assistant (53-41-M/01) and students in the study field qualified nurse (53-41-N/11) during two cycles of the only A1 activity of personal experience with these topics and allow them a comparison with the situation in health facilities of the Pilsen Region. The profile of the ideal participant of mobilities - pupil in the study field medical assistant (53-41-M/01) and student in the study field qualified nurse (53-41-N/11) - is characterized by a positive assessment of professional experience, expertise and good level of general German, the Bavarian theoretical knowledge system of nursing care, knowledge of multicultural nursing, a personal profile suitable for participating in an internship, an active involvement in the preparations for the internship, a theoretical knowledge about the electronic card of the patient, a positive applicant's motivation for participating in mobility and knowledge of the realities of Bavaria and Germany. Vocational and language training using CLIL introducing thes topics precedes both cyclesof the intership. During the internship itself pupils and students in accordance with the planned units of learning outcomes attend training to the power card of the patient, observují teaching nursing and teaching work at the workplace, learn about the specifics of nursing care of migrants and create a number of outcomes such as project diaries, photo comics, collages, essays. After fulfilling their tasks resulting from their study contracts in the ECVET system, they will get their Europass Mobility and they will perform a self-evaluation of their language skills using the Europass Language Passport. Upon their return, the participants of mobilities and staff present in front of a national and international audience, at school and in media project results, which are new knowledge and skills in the field of multicultural nursing and the use of electronic patient cards. The project will increase the expertise, language skills and employability of the trainees in the single European labor market, increase mobility in vocational education and reinforce a sense of European belonging.
