Schools are institutions where students obtain how to behave,social duties and self control as well as,academic knowledge and professional skills.Every child or teenager has the right to be educated.Violence and bullying at school collide with these principles.Our school is in the district where lots of divorced and immigrant families live, and violence is so common.Bullying is one type of violence occurring in our school.Bullying affects to all these people, who are domineer,victims and the audience watching the violence,in a bad way.Negative affects vary according to how often bullying occur and what kind of bullying it is.Social environment is one of the factor leading to bullying.As students take their relatives' behaviors as a model directly and as they gain the norms and cultures from the society uncounciosly,students tend to act in the same way at schools.Our school isn't very successful in terms of academic achievement.Bullying leads to negative results in both short and long terms;failure, psicological problems,loneliness,breaking the school,not believing on themselves and others.Families have a great responsibility to solve the problem of bullying Family and the teacher should co-operate.The family should support the teacher to prevent bullying.They should communicate effectively.Communication between teacher and the family is an another issue that should be achieved.As there is lack of conversation,we aim to clear this problem and support the input-output circulation from family to teacher and from teacher to family.Our project involves four mobilities.We will go to Italy for training course based on social communication during 5 days.We will be 6 participants.At the second mobility,6 participants will go to Italy again for the training course about bullying for five days.At the third mobility,6 participants will go to Portugal for training session for 7 days.At the fourth mobility,4 participants will go to spain for job shadowing for five days.We are going to learn how to prevent bullying and stratejic rules and politics to deal with bullying and discrimination against to nationalities and marjinal groups at the course.We will also learn the violence sourcing from the society and sexuality.In another course,we are going to learn how to cooperate with family,effective communication and active roles of family at schools.In job shadowing,we aim to observe how European countries deal with bullying at schools and which teaching approaches and methods are held at schools.We also wanna improve in terms of academic knowledge and skills.We think that we will be able to analyse the European Countries education system thanks to this project.This ables us to deal with difficulties in our system.The participants will create the supportive learning environment to deal with bullying.We will learn how to communicate with families.We will apply pretentative solutions for violence.We aim to increase the range of the successful students.Teachers will be more sufficient with the experience they have from this project.We will achieve academic and social developments, professional knowledge and skills.We will learn cultural differences and use the second langage in an effective way;language skills will develop.We will motivate the family to cooperate with the teachers..
