Project Erasmus+ Learning Mobility of Individuals is directed towards school education staff. The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of work of the school staff through the increasing professional competence (language, didactic, educational). Ultimately , implemented methods would also have a significant impact on the ability of teachers and educators in the use of innovative teaching methods , and above all, motivating students. Participation in international courses will provide the exchange of experience in integrated Europe. Teachers taking part in this programme will have a chance to develop intercultural skills. The group of 19 members of the teaching staff will participate in this project. They are highly motivated to improve their qualifications. The deputy head, educator and teachers, who have previous experience in such field, will play a significant role. Visits to other countries will be preceded by the wide range of actions connected with language and logistic preparations. During the courses the participants will be able to gain innovative methods of language learning and motivating students used in other European countries. This actions should result in development of new tools and teaching materials. Moreover, the participants will be obliged to share their experience with the rest of the teaching staff(workshops, trainings and demonstration). The effects of the activities undertaken will be implementation of new teaching methods on a school field. Long-term outcomes of these activities will be an overall increase in efficiency and attractiveness of lessons in our school and above all, raising students’ motivation to increase activity aimed at the intercultural and emotional development. All mentioned activities will certainly help our students to be more open to new ideas and find themselves in a job market in European countries in the future.
